Does your club have a competition event coming up but you can't get to the field to practice ?
Take a set of overlapping photos of your field and send them to Scott and within hours he'll stitch them up and convert the panorama into a RealFlight background.

Even a hand-held 5 mp digital camera will produce adequate results. Simply aim the center of the lens at the horizon and pivot around in a complete circle from left to right pressing the shutter when the scene half-way overlaps the last scene.

For a superb stitched panorama try these tips:
Use a tripod. Adjust the legs so that when you rotate the camera, a level placed on top displays the camera is not tilted in any direction.
Lock the brightness level so the sky tones are consistant.
Set "Daylight", "Vivid", "Infinite Focus" on.
Set "Flash" and "Review" to off.
Use a wide-angle lens .5 to .75 power and turn the camera on it's side to "Portrait Mode".
